Common sense Vs Economics

There was a classic fight between common sense and economics when SC released its verdict on about-to-rot-food-grains. Its not foolish to think that when lakhs of tons of food about to rot , why not distribute it for free to the poor. Why waste food like that in the warehouse.  This was the logic of SC and NGO'S.

But Government has to think it in economic point of view also (After all our PM is an economist ). And their explanation goes like this " If govt distributes free food grains, demand for food grains goes down and then the price of food grains will drop, that will affect the farmers who producing now". I think its right. Because food grains wont go for suicide when are rotten. but farmers do when they go bankrupt. So the primary concern should be farmers.

But this whole issue raised the clash between legislature and judiciary.

And.my answer would be ........'none'

Cabinet approved for the cast based senses next year. Worst part is both congress and BJP are happy about it. So no opposition for this one.

Well, the results of the census would be interesting. Now we can actually fight among over selves and feel conceit about caste based on population too. That's going to make the dream of caste -less society a daydream for some more decades.

Now the political parties will have statistical data on number of people belong to a particular caste in a constituency . So they will ticket to a candidate from the majority caste. Not that its not happening now, but political parties will have the actual data with them once senses is over.

But one good thing about this census is ...we are going to have an option "no caste". So now we get to see how many Indians wants a caste-less society.

But why this caste based census? That too after so many decades? Lets say its becoz of the reservations govt offer people???

Since so-called 'golden age' of India, the khastriayas used to rule the kingdom so they have got money. The vyshyas used to take care of the business and they got money. And brahmins by flattering the kings or terrorizing the people in the religion and vedas got it. The last strata does not have power and did not have any money. So lower caste is equated to lower economy class. But is this true in the modern times?

Now economic status of a family is not so much based on the caste of the family. There are many brahmin families which are poor, same with khsatriyas and vyshyas...and there are many rich people from the lower caste!!

When supreme court gave its verdict about creamy layer in OBC reservation case.....another question raised... Should govt provide reservations based on caste or based on economic class?

Why should son of a MLA who belongs to OBC class should get the govt scholarship and why should not a son of a poor brahmin should get it?

Why still we equate lower castes with lower income class? cant we provide reservations based on economy of the family only? Just like now we have but instead of caste ...If your family income is up-to a level you will get certain % of reservation if it exceeds you will get different % of reservation. Is it hard to achieve? Anyway even in the present system students has to provide their caste certificate and income certificate to get the scholarship....if it changed then they had to provide only the income certificate.

Anyways if the caste census really happens then sociologists and anthropologists will have a lot to study about Indian population.

ఏ పుస్తకం చచ్చింది ?

ప్రజలు పుస్తకాలు చదవడం మానేసారు అని ...TV పుస్తకాన్ని చంపేస్తోంది అని కొంతమంది బాధ ...కానీ పుస్తకం నిజంగానే చనిపోయిందా ? కావొచ్చు !!!

చిన్నప్పటినుంచి ఏ వారపత్రిక చదివినా, ఏ పుస్తకం చదివినా దాదాపుగా పుబ్లిషేర్ అడ్రస్ రాజమండ్రి అని కాని, ఏలూరు రోడ్, విజయవాడ -2 , అని విండేది ....చాల పుస్తకాలకి అంతే ...కాని మొన్న రాజమండ్రి లో నాకు ఒక్క పుస్తకాల కొట్టు కూడా కనబడలేదు ....ప్రస్తుతం రాజమండ్రి వాళ్ళకి పుస్తకం అంటే textbook లేదా ఆధ్యాత్మిక పుస్తకం అంతే !!! నవల అన్నది కొనుక్కోవాలంటే రైల్వే స్టేషన్ కి వెళ్ళాలి, విశాలాంధ్ర ఆ వూర్లో మూతపడిందిట , అది సంగతి !!

కాని ఈ విషయం అన్ని చోట్లా నిజం అవ్వడం లేదు , amazon.com, books.rediff.com, flipkart.com , books.indiatimes.com , books.google.com వీటిని చూస్తె పుస్తకం మంచి ఆరోగ్యంగా బ్రతికే ఉంది అని తెలుస్తుంది. kindle, sony ebook reader లాంటి ఎన్నో ebook readers ప్రస్తుతం మార్కెట్ లో ఉన్నాయి, వీటిల్లో కొన్ని వేల పుస్తకాలూ load చేసుకుని ఎక్కడ కావాలంటే అక్కడ చదువుకోవచ్చు,....నిజంగా పుస్తకం చదవడం అనే లో అలవాటు ప్రజలకి తప్పిపోతే ఇవన్ని రావుగా? కొత్తగా వచ్చిన cell phones అన్నిటి లోను pdf-readers ఉంటున్నాయి, చాలా మంది ఇష్టపడరు కాని, కంప్యూటర్ లో చదివే అలవాటు కొంత మందికి ఉంది ( నేను చదివిన పుస్తకాలలో 70% computer లోనే చదివాను, నాకు పేజి తిప్పుతూ చదవాలంటే బద్ధకం ఎక్కువ, mouse తో scroll చేయడం తేలిక ). ప్రతి ఆదివారం, అబిడ్స్ పాత పుస్తకాలతో,పైరసీ పుస్తకాలతో, అవి కొనడానికి వచ్చే ప్రజలతో సందడిగా ఉంటుంది , చేతన్ భగత్ పుస్తకాలు ( simple language, contemporary topics, comedy and cost is always 95/- ) అసలు ఎప్పుడు పుస్తకాలు చదవని వాళ్ళ చేత కూడా చదివించాయి . ప్రస్తుతం audio books దొరుకుతున్నాయి చాలా పుస్తకాలకి , audio books ని మొబైల్ లో లోడ్ చేసుకుని , నడుచుకుంటూ వేల్తునపుడో , బస్సు లో వేల్తునపుడో కూడా ఒక book complete చేసేయొచ్చు ....ఇప్పుడు చెప్పండి ...పుస్తకం నిజంగా చనిపోయిందా ?

అవును, తెలుగు పుస్తకం పరిస్తితి అదే ...దానికి ఒక కారణం మన దగ్గర ఉన్న పుస్తకాల షాపులు ....ఒకసారి విశాలాంధ్ర వెళ్ళండి , odyssy కి వెళ్ళండి ...తేడా మీకే తెలుస్తుంది customer service లో , విశాలాంధ్ర షాపు లో ఏ పుస్తకాలు ఉన్నాయో అక్కడ పనిచేసే వారికీ కూడా సరిగ్గా తెలియదు ....షాప్ ని 7.30 కల్లా మూసేస్తారు కాబట్టి ఆఫీసు నుంచి ఇంటికి వెళ్తూ కొనుక్కుని వెళ్ళే అవకాశం లేదు , ఆదివారం వాళ్ళకి సెలవు , ఆ రోజు కూడా కుదరదు , పోనీ english books లాగా తెలుగు books కూడా online shopping option ఉన్నా బాగుంటుంది , అది కూడా లేదు.

ఇప్పుడు తెలుగు చదవడం రాయడం చాలా మందికి రాదు అని ఒక argument, కాని దాన్లో నిజం ఎంత ఉంది, ఈనాడు, స్వాతి, ఆంధ్ర జ్యోతి, సాక్షి circulations చూడండి , ప్రజలకి తెలుగు చదవం వచ్చా రాదా అన్నది తెలుస్తుంది ....పోనీ తెలుగు చదవడం రాయడం రాకపోయినా , దాదాపుగా అందరు తెలుగు లోనే మాట్లాడుకుంటాం, తెలుగులో audio books release చేయడానికి ఏం problem ?

చెత్త కధలు !!

ఎప్పుడిన బస్సు లో కాని, ట్రైన్లో కానీ , లేక పెళ్ళిలో ఎవరితో అన్న టైం పాస్ కి సుత్తి వేస్తునపుడు ...కొన్ని కొత్త కొత్త విషయాలు తెలుస్తు ఉంటాయి ...అవి విన్నగానే...ఏదో కొత్త జ్ఞానం వచ్చిన ఫీలింగ్ వస్తుంది ....కాని ఆ జ్ఞానం నిజమా కాదా అని చెక్ చేసినపుడు వింత గా అనిపిస్తుంది .... అలంటివి కొన్ని ...

1. NTR వల్ల మన రాష్ట్రం లో కరణాలు తొలగించబడి , పంచాయితీరాజ్ వ్యవస్థ వచ్చింది అనీ, NTR కి అదేదో వూర్లో ఎవరో కరణం తో గొడవ వల్ల , ముఖ్యమంత్రి అవ్వగానే కరణీకం ని రద్దు చేయించాడు అని .....ఎవరిన చెబితే లైట్ తీస్కోండి .... పంచాయితీరాజ్ వ్యవస్థ అనేది NTR తీసుకు వచ్చింది కాదు , భారత రాజ్యాంగం 73 వ సవరీకరణ వల్ల వచ్చింది , అది కేవలం ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేశ్ కి మాత్రమే కాదు , మొత్తం దేశానికి , NTR వల్ల కాదు.

2. పాకిస్తాన్ , ఇండియా విడిపోవడం అనేది గాంధి ఒప్పుకోవడం వల్ల జరిగింది అని , కొంతమంది చెప్పడం గాంధి వల్లే జరిగింది అని , నిజానికి పాకిస్తాన్ ఏర్పాటు ఆలోచన ముస్లిం లీగ్ ది, ముస్లిం లీగ్ ముందు నుంచి ముస్లింలకి వేరే దేశం కావాలి అని పట్టు పట్టుకుని కూర్చొంది, తర్వాత మత ఘర్షణలు చాలా జరిగాయి , తదనంతరం, మౌంట్ బాటెన్ ప్లాన్ ప్రకారం విభజన జరిగింది, ఈ మొత్తం వ్యవహారం లో గాంధీ పాత్ర పెద్దగ ఏమి లేదు, గాంధీ ఒప్పుకోవడం వల్ల్ల ఏమి జరగలేదు, నిజానికి గాంధీ తన అనుచరుడు పట్టాభి సీతారామయ్య ని కాంగ్రెస్ అధ్యక్ష్యుడు గా ప్రచారం చేస్తే , అతని ప్రత్యర్ధి సుభాష్ చంద్రబోస్ కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ కి అధ్యక్షుడు అయ్యాడు, ఒక పార్టీ లోనే తన పంతం నేగ్గించుకోలేని వ్యక్తి , ఒక దేశాన్ని ముక్కలు చేయ్యగాలడా ?

౩. దేశ విభజన మీద ఇంకో కధ ఏంటంటే, స్వతంత్రం వచ్చినపుడు జిన్నా కి స్వంత్ర దేశానికి ప్రధాని అయ్యే అవకాశాలు ఎక్కువగా ఉన్నాయని , అసూయ తో మండిపోయిన నెహ్రు , మౌంట్ బాటెన్ భార్యతో తనకు వున్నా చనువుని ఉపయోగించి, దేశాన్ని రెండుగా విభజించే ఆలోచనని మౌంట్ బాటెన్ కి అందిచాడని, అలాగా అతను ప్రధాన మంత్రి అయ్యాడు అని , నిజానికి దేశాన్ని విభజించే ఆలోచన ముస్లిం లీగే ది, జిన్నా ములిం లీగ్ అధ్యక్షుడు !!! మరి నెహ్రు కి మౌంట్ బాటెన్ భార్యకి మధ్య ఉన్న చనువు శృంగారం అని అంటారు , రుజువులు అయితే ఏమి లేవు.

4. ఎప్పుడినా RSS శాక కి వెళ్ళరా ? అక్కడ "భారత మాట బిడ్డలం, భగత్ సింగ్ తమ్ములం " అని స్లోగన్ కి అరుస్తూ ఉంటారు, అది విని, RSS వాళ్ళేదో , దేశభక్తీ విపరీతంగా ఉన్న హిందువులు , ఇంకా ఆ సంస్థ లోంచే భగత్ సింగ్ స్వాతంత్ర ఉద్యమం లో పాల్గొన్నాడు అని అనుకోకండి , ఆ సంస్థ స్వతంత్రం రావడానికి ముందు ఏర్పడ్డా, స్వాతంత్రోద్యమంలో ఏమాత్రం పాల్గొనలేదు, ఆ సంస్థ ఏర్పాటు చేయబడ్డది హిందువుల కోసం, భారతీయుల కోసం కాదు. ఇంకా భగత్ సింగ్ తనని తానూ ఎప్పుడు హిందువు గా చెప్పుకోలేదు, అతని ఒక సోషలిస్టు , దేవుడిని నమ్మని వాడు , "why i am an atheist" పుస్తకాన్ని రాసాడు .

5. భారత దేశ గొప్పతనాన్ని వివరిస్తూ ...గత 10,000 ఏళ్ళుగా మన దేశం ఇంకో దేశం మీద దాడి చెయ్యలేదని, ఈ విషయం పట్ల ఎంతో గొప్పగా ఫీల్ అవ్వాలని వివరిస్తూ తెగ మెయిల్స్ వస్తుంటాయి మనకి, నిజానికి భారత దేశం అనబడే దేశం ౩౦౦ ఏళ్ళ ముందు వరకు లేనే లేదు , ప్రస్తుతం ఉన్న రాష్ట్రాలన్నీ సుమారుగా, ఒకప్పుడు వేరు వేరు దేశాలే , అప్పట్లో మనలో మనం కొట్టుకోడం లో బిజీ గా ఉంది, హిమాలయాలని దాటి ఇంకోల్లతో కొట్లాట పెట్టుకోవాలని మన వాళ్లకి అనిపించలేదు , మనం శాంతి కోరే వాళ్ళమా? కొంతకాలం క్రితం వరకు వచ్చిన సినిమాలు చూస్తె తెలుస్తుంది మనం శాంతిని ఎంత కోరుకుంటామో, క్లిమాక్ష్ లో ఫైట్లు లేకపోతే ఆ సినిమా ఆడుతుందా అసలు ? ఇప్పుడు generation ఆడుతున్న video games చూస్తె తెలుస్తుంది మనం శాంతిని ఎంతగా కోరుకుంటామో ....

6. ఇది లేటెస్ట్ ..... ప్రత్యెక తెలంగాణ వస్తే , హైదరాబాద్ లో ఉన్న ఆంధ్రా వాళ్ళు అందరిని తరిమేస్తారు అని , భారతీయులు దేశం లో ఎక్కడ అయిన సరే నివసించే హక్కు ఉంది , ప్రత్యెక తెలంగాణా వస్తే ఇక్కడి తెలంగాణా ప్రజలకి ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగాలు వస్తాయి, ఇక్కడి నిర్ణయాలు ఇక్కడి ప్రజలకి తేసుకునే అధికారం ఎక్కువగా ఉంటుంది, అంతే !!! హైదరాబాద్ లో గుజరాత్ నుంచి వచ్చిన మార్వాడీలు, మరాఠీలు, మలయాళం వాళ్ళు చాలా మంది ఉన్నారు , వాళ్ళని కూడా ఎవరు తరిమేయ్యారు. తెలంగాణా ఉద్యమం మహారాష్ట్ర లో MNS తరహాలో ఏమి జరగడం లేదు , ఈ ఉద్యమం కేవలం ఉద్యోగాలు, ప్రాజెక్టులు కోసం మాత్రమే , ఆంధ్ర ప్రజల మీద కాదు . KCR ఈ విషయాన్నీ నొక్కి మరీ చెప్పారు .

ఇంటివి చాలా ఉంటాయి, వినగానే నమ్మేసి, ప్రచారం చేయకుండా, ముందు నిజాన్ని తెలుసుకుంటే మంచిది.

The torture of weddings!!!

The wedding is a cermony where one will inform about his relationship to the world. When i said world, that persons family , relatives and friends. Its a good cermony, joy, laughs, blushing etc etc . This is theory, in the real world the situation is different.

That kalyana mantapam is like a torture chamber. And the preist is the torturer, he is employed on the happy couple, to torture them. Just like slaves ,bride and groom obey whatever he says, when he points out at sky and asks "did u see the arundhati star' they will nod their heads like school kids. But we cant blame them, groom is wearing that traditional puncha , which could come off anytime and he will be terrified all the time thinking ' what if this puncha drops down in my marriage' ? He is occupied with that thought probably!!!. And poor bride, she gets 3 to 4 rounds of coating on her face in the name of make up ( even if she made to sit in sahara for 3 hrs, i am sure she wont sweat ) and she has to exhibit all the jewelery she has.

After completion of torture from the priest, now enter the old ppl and relatives. The 'happy couple' has to bend before each and everyone to touch their feet and i am telling you old ppl wont miss any wedding. After that it is fake-smile-torture. Its really a third degree, you can even express that u r tired, u have to smile.

And all the time , photographer and videographer acts as extra-torturers, Instead of catching the moments, they will make 'happy couple' to act. If photographer is busy when u r bending-and-touching feet of elderly, you will have to do it again for him.

But there are few weddings in which we also share discomfort with bride and groom. As wedding is heavenly and traditional many of us will not appreciate what i said, but deep down their hearts they know that its true, not every wedding is enjoyable.

This january i attended a wedding of my ex-collegue. The 'muhurtam' is at 11a.m, by the time i reached function hall, its 1pm and hall is almost empty. I guessed that lunch will be going on but not more than 20 ppl are there. I came out to check if i came right place or not, it was right, i got inside and asked one of those 20 about the marriage, they said that the marriage has not started at all. I waited there few minutes to see workers who started preparing the kalyanamantapam at 1.30pm. I thought i had enough and went to my friends place.

And my brother's wedding was at 3.30am. Everybody is sleepy including groom. I still have a doubt if he had tied the mangalasutram with 3 knots or 2 knots. When somebody went to wake up my cousins who are sleeping, one of them said that he will see the marriage 10 times in video as he wants to sleep at that moment.

And this May i attended my friends sister marriage. When i went to the stage to greet them i said happy married life but the real thing i want to say is "I pity you both". Its hot summer, they are made to sit before sacred fire ( in atheistic language its just a fire which gives u more heat to sweat) And immediately after the marriage two chairs brought to the stage with two flash lights focusing on them. Bride and groom are supposed to sit there but they could not becoz they have to stand up and take the pics. Really i could not understand how did they survived the summer heat, 'sacred fire' and flash lights.

And there starts the awkward moments of my life. The video and photographs, Its not easy put a fake smile without squinting eyes. And you have to extend that smile till another flash from photographers camera says ' ok dude, now u can go'. I really dont understand why to pay extra photographer when u can grab pics from video done by videographer. I guess everybody wants to smash his head with one of those reception-red-chairs when he says the pic is not good and wants to take one more.

Why a marraige has to be such a difficult thing? Cant we make it less hard??

The legend of ..............

Legends are always kept alive. But why?..... is a difficult question to answer. Each legend stirs a specified emotion in the hearts of the people. The legend of rani of jhansi fighting British army with baby tied to her back represents dexterity and ferocity of an Indian lady who is able to act both as mother and a soldier of the nation. The 10000 attempts of Thomas Edison represents never say die attitude. And students are made to read about them ,so legend will be alive. Not only text books, the statues , naming the streets or cities after dead people will do the same work on our minds.

But what the statues of Indira Gandhi represent? or naming of India's territorial north and south ends after her? so many projects and airports , an open university named after her represents?

Her ability to use Govt employees on election campaign? her greediness to declare emergency just to save her PM seat? her shrewdness to change the institutionalized age-old party into a group of sycophants? for letting her son run the govt in the time of emergency? for arranging forceful vasectomy and tubectomy operations on the poor during emergency? for arresting who ever criticizes her? for her incapability of running the economy of the country which forced her to nationalize banks to get money? for the removal of fundamental rights? for signing 1974 Indira–Sheikh accord which made J&k to be treated separately for ever when compared to rest of India ,which will make J&K never a part of consolidated India? for operation blue-star? for massacre of all most 3000 Sikhs after the assassination of Indira Gandhi by the congress party people with the help of population of statistics to find Sikhs addresses? answer is NO. These things wont be printed in text books....after 4 or 5 generations, the citizens of india will see the elegant statues all over India and listen her name a lot and then will start thinking that she must be a great person !!!
We see a statue and then think that he/she must be a great person.We dont actually try to know about them...and more over india is like a nation of Gajinis....we forget everything after sometime. Our politicians know about it very well. The late justice from supreme court has to remind us about the bhopal victims...till that time we forgot about them and are busy watching reality shows !!!
Congress leaders during election campaign say that they will bring indiramma rajyam...what they mean by that? Emergency?? With all the statues over the nation this generation thinks that she must be a great leader, and indiramma rajyam is something like golden age of chandra gupta.

same thing happened with rajiv gandhi .......i dont think coming generations will remember about bofors.

Now is the time for birth of next legend. YSR. For one week long after his death, every death in andhra pradesh is reported as the death of YSR fan who got heart failure after listening to the shocking news of YSR death. The death toll is around 140. And govt of andhra pradesh declared money for who is ever is attempted suicide and died due to heart attack. Later it is found that 60% of the people who died are between the ages of 60 to 80. So natural deaths are converted into shocking-deaths. And the family members of the victims got the money. And the news channel and newspaper 'sakshi' which is owned by YSR's son trying desperately to make him a legend. Flowers are falling on the image of YSR in sakshi tv ever since he died. In the news paper there is column about goodness of YSR everyday and a daily quote by him. I am not sure if all the quotes are said my YSR. After his death, even before his funeral speculation about his son jagan becoming the next CM have started. And they quote example of rajiv gandhi becoming PM after death of indira gandhi. Well, one thing congress party leaders usually forgets is india is democratic country. Its not monarchy which allows offspring to become the rulers after death of the ruler. Not only congress party most of the people before our generation believe that. They cherish the idea of monarchy, being loyal to a family line.

There has been a lot of nonsense after death of YSR. A group wants his son to inherit the CM seat of YSR and other group oppose it. And then they started a competition on who is the better psychopathy of YSR.? The sycophants wanted to celebrate his birthday by postponing assembly sessions, forgetting that they are elected legislate the govt but not to arrange lavish birthday party of dead CM's. And there is this jagan yatra, it looks as if jagan wants to check his image popularity with that yatra. And guess who is the solo broadcaster of that yatra....saaxi tv. You open saaxi paper and you will find "jagan sena" , what they are for, to invade congress party if jagan could not inherit his father's CM seat. Now govt of andhrapradesh wants to name YSR district i.e kadapa district as YSR district. Why not rename andhra pradesh as YSR state and change the name of India to indira gandhi??

What the govt sponsored legends of indira gandhi and YSR will tell the coming generations?? about the sycophancy in the congress govt? No, they will be legends of great leaders of congress to those people who dont usually care much about politics. All these statues are like the permanent election campaign!!
of course I agree that when it comes to statues ...congress party is better than BSP.

మా పెరట్లో కోకిల !!

మా పెరెట్లో సరిగ్గా నా రూం వెనకాల ఒక పెద్ద మామిడి చెట్టు ఉండేది .....దాని మీద ఒక కోకిల వచ్చి కూస్తూ ఉంటుంది....గత కొద్ది సంవత్సరాలుగా కూస్తూనే ఉంది ....దొంగ ముండ .....నాకు కోకిల అంటే అసహ్యం , చిరాకు, కోపం పుట్టేలా కూస్తుంది ...పొద్దునే లేస్తానా...కూ కూ కూ ....పాటలు వింటుంటే కూ కూ కూ ....ఫ్రెండ్స్ తో మాట్లాడుతుంటే కూ కూ కూ ...పొద్దున్న నుంచి సాయంత్రం దాకా ...కూ కూ కూ ....

నాకు దాని మీద ఎంత చిరాకు ఉందొ ....అది కూడా అంటే కసి తో కూస్తుంది....దాని కూత తెలుగు సీరియల్స్లో ఉన్నట్టు ఉండదు .....దాని గొంతు బొంగురు పోయేలా కూస్తుంది .....మళ్లి ఆ బొంగురు గొంతుతో కూడా కూస్తుంది ....కాసేపు మాములుగా కూస్తుంది ....తర్వాత ఎవరో దాన్ని కొడుతునట్టు కూస్తుంది .....ముందు నెమ్మదిగా తలుపు కొట్టి...తీయకపోతే గట్టిగా frequency పెంచి కొడతాం కదా....అచ్చం అలానే కూస్తుంది....

దాని కూతలకి ఆ మామిడి చెట్టు ఎండిపోయింది ......అది ఎండిపోయింది అని పక్కన ఉన్న కరివేపాకు చెట్టు మీద ఎక్కి కూస్తుంది....నాకు వినబడుతుందో లేదో అని అనుమానం తో కాబోలు ఆ ఎండిపోయిన చెట్టు ఎక్కి కూస్తుంది అప్పుడప్పుడు.

oversimplify english!!

I have just finished '1984' ...its a book by George orwell. The fictional govt in that novel tries to simplify english to the core. And the modified english is called 'newspeak'.

I will copy-paste a passage from the book and you will understand how they want to simply english!!

The grammar of Newspeak had two outstanding peculiarities. The first of
these was an almost complete interchangeability between different parts of
speech. Any word in the language (in principle this applied even to very
abstract words such as IF or WHEN) could be used either as verb, noun,
adjective, or adverb. Between the verb and the noun form, when they were
of the same root, there was never any variation, this rule of itself
involving the destruction of many archaic forms. The word THOUGHT, for
example, did not exist in Newspeak. Its place was taken by THINK, which
did duty for both noun and verb. No etymological principle was followed
here: in some cases it was the original noun that was chosen for retention,
in other cases the verb. Even where a noun and verb of kindred meaning
were not etymologically connected, one or other of them was frequently
suppressed. There was, for example, no such word as CUT, its meaning being
sufficiently covered by the noun-verb KNIFE. Adjectives were formed by
adding the suffix -FUL to the noun-verb, and adverbs by adding -WISE. Thus
for example, SPEEDFUL meant 'rapid' and SPEEDWISE meant 'quickly'. Certain
of our present-day adjectives, such as GOOD, STRONG, BIG, BLACK, SOFT,
were retained, but their total number was very small. There was little
need for them, since almost any adjectival meaning could be arrived at by
adding -FUL to a noun-verb. None of the now-existing adverbs was retained,
except for a very few already ending in -WISE: the -WISE termination was
invariable. The word WELL, for example, was replaced by GOODWISE.
In addition, any word--this again applied in principle to every word in
the language--could be negatived by adding the affix UN-, or could be
strengthened by the affix PLUS-, or, for still greater emphasis,
DOUBLEPLUS-. Thus, for example, UNCOLD meant 'warm', while PLUSCOLD and DOUBLEPLUSCOLD meant, respectively, 'very cold' and 'superlatively cold'.
It was also possible, as in present-day English, to modify the meaning of
almost any word by prepositional affixes such as ANTE-, POST-, UP-, DOWN-,
etc. By such methods it was found possible to bring about an enormous
diminution of vocabulary. Given, for instance, the word GOOD, there was no
need for such a word as BAD, since the required meaning was equally
well--indeed, better--expressed by UNGOOD. All that was necessary, in any
case where two words formed a natural pair of opposites, was to decide
which of them to suppress. DARK, for example, could be replaced by UNLIGHT,
or LIGHT by UNDARK, according to preference.

The second distinguishing mark of Newspeak grammar was its regularity.
Subject to a few exceptions which are mentioned below all inflexions
followed the same rules. Thus, in all verbs the preterite and the past
participle were the same and ended in -ED. The preterite of STEAL was
STEALED, the preterite of THINK was THINKED, and so on throughout the
language, all such forms as SWAM, GAVE, BROUGHT, SPOKE, TAKEN, etc., being abolished. All plurals were made by adding -S or -ES as the case might be.
The plurals OF MAN, OX, LIFE, were MANS, OXES, LIFES. Comparison of
adjectives was invariably made by adding -ER, -EST (GOOD, GOODER, GOODEST),irregular forms and the MORE, MOST formation being suppressed.

Dont you think the english will much better to learn and use in newspeak?? What is the point of learning the "bad" when we know "good" and want to represent the opposite word of it. We could do that just by adding "un" or "anti". This technique will help us to get rid of all the antonyms.

And the idea of using 'plus' to emphasize a verb is a Plusgood idea. This way we can get rid of synonyms too.

And suppressing irregular forms will be appreciated by every english learning guy. If Victorian english is good then american english is gooder and newspeak is goodest!!!

ఒక దళారి పశ్చాత్తాపం !!

ఈ పుస్తకం గురించి నాకు చాలా మంది చెప్పారు ...2006 నుంచి ఈ పుస్తకం చదువుదాం అనుకుంటే ఇప్పటికి కుదిరింది ...అసలు పుస్తకం పేరు "confessions of an economic hitman" నేను తెలుగు అనువాదం చదివాను ...సింపుల్ గా చెప్పాలంటే anti-Americanism...అభివృద్ధి చెందుతున్న, అభివృద్ధి చెందని దేశాలని అమెరికా ఎలా నాశనం చేస్తోంది అన్నది concept. దాన్లో మన కధానాయకుడు ఒక దేశాన్ని ఎలా నాశనం చెయ్యాలో సలహాలు ఇచ్చే hitman అని చెప్పుకుంటాడు.

ఒక దేశం తన అభివృధికి అప్పు కావాలి అని ప్రపంచ బ్యాంకు ని అడిగినపుడు ...ప్రపంచ బ్యాంకు కి ఒక నివేదిక కావలి ..ఆ దేశం మీద...ఆ దేశం లో వనరులు ఏమున్నాయి? ఆ దేశం అభివ్రుది కావాలంటే ఆచరించాల్సిన ప్రణాళిక ఏంటి ? ఏ పనులకి అప్పు ఇవ్వొచ్చు ...ఇలాంటివి !!

ఒక దేశం అభివ్రుది చెందాలంటే ఎం కావాలి ...ఏమున్న లేకపోయినా ...ముందు విద్యుత్ కావాలి ..మన hitman ఒక జలవిద్యుత్తు ప్రాజెక్ట్స్ నిర్వహించే కంపెనీ లో ఉద్యోగి ... ఆ కంపెనీ లో ఉద్యోగం రావాలి అంటే "national security agency" వాళ్ళ interview clear చెయ్యాలిట..కానీ ఇతను పని చేసేది మటుకు ఒక ప్రైవేట్ కంపని గా చూపిస్తారు ...అంటే అమెరికా ప్రభుత్వం ఒక దేశాన్ని కొల్లగొట్టాలని fix అయ్యాక, national security agency వాళ్ళ చేత interviews చేయించి , ఒకతన్ని select చేసి (అంతకు ముందు అమెరికన పోలీసులకి అబద్ధాలు చెప్పిన వాళ్ళాకి ప్రాధాన్యత ఇవ్వబడుతుంది అన్నట్టు పుస్తకం లో చెప్పారు ) ఒక NSA లో కాకుండా అతనికి ఇంకో కంపెనీ లో ఉద్యోగం ఇప్పించి ..ప్రపంచ బ్యాంకు కి కావలసిన నివేదిక అప్పగించాల్సిన బాధ్యత ఆ కంపెనీ కి ఇచ్చి ...ఇతన్ని ఆ దేశానికి పంపించి...అక్కడ విద్యుత్ ఉత్పాదన కి అనుకూలమైన అంశాలు ఇతను నివేదిక లో ఇస్తే ..అప్పుడు ప్రపంచ బ్యాంకు ఆ దేశానికి అధిక వడ్డీకి అప్పులు ఇస్తే ..ఆ వచ్చిన డబ్బుతో ఆ దేశంలో విద్యుత్ ఉత్పాదన చేయడానికి కాంట్రాక్ట్స్ ని అమెరికా లో ఉండే కంపెనీలకే ఇప్పించి ..అలా ఆ ధనాన్ని మళ్లి అమెరికా కి చేరవేసి..దీని పైన ఆ దేశం నుంచి వడ్డీ లాగి ...ఇక దేశ ఆర్థిక వ్యవస్థని నాశనం చేసి ..ఆ దేశాన్ని తమ చెప్పుచేతల్లో పెట్టుకోవడం.

ఈ మొత్తం process లో మొదటి నివేదిక ని అందచేయడం మన hitman పని....రచయిత hitman గేమ్ ని బాగా ఆడేవాడు అనుకుంట ఆ పేరు పెట్టుకున్నాడు ...నిజానికి hitman అన్న పేరు ఇక్కడ set అవ్వలేదు ..hitman అంటే ఫలానా మనిషిని ఎవ్వరికి తెలియకుండా చంపేసే వాడు అని అర్థం ...ఆ మనిషి ఎవరిన కావొచ్చు...కానీ ఇక్కడ అప్పు కావలి అని ఒక దేశం ప్రపంచ బ్యాంకు ని request చేస్తుంది ...అంతే కాని ప్రపంచ బ్యాంకు తానె స్వయంగా ప్రతి దేశం కి నీకు అప్పు ఇస్తా నీకు అప్పు ఇస్తా అంటూ వెంటపడదు ...కాబట్టి నా లెక్క ప్రకారం ఇక్కడ సరైన పేరు , సహాయం కోసం వస్తే ఇంకా ముంచేసే వాడు అన్న అర్థం తో వస్తే ఇంకా బాగుండేది ...తెలుగు లో పేరు సరిపోయింది ...దళారి అని.

ఇక పుస్తకం అంతా అమెరికా ఎంత చెడ్డదో వివరిస్తాడు ....అమెరికా చుట్టుపక్కల దేశాలలో ఏ దేశ నాయకుడు చనిపోయిన ..దాన్లో అమెరికా పాత్ర ఉందని indicate చేస్తాడు ...రాసిన వాటిల్లో ఎన్ని నిజాలు ఉన్నాయో నాకయితే తెలియదు ...కానీ అతను చెప్పిన విషయాలు చాల వాటికి ఆధారాలు మటుకు దొరకవు ...probably దుష్ట అమెరికా ప్రభుత్వం ఆధారాలు వదలదేమో ... ఏమో!!

కానీ కొన్ని అంశాలు మటుకు చిరాకు తెప్పించాయి ...ఉదాహరణకి ...బుష్ కుటుంబానికి, సౌది రాజు కుటుంబానికి మంచి సంబంధ బాంధవ్యాలు ఉండేవని ,అందుకే అమెరికా-సౌది సంబంధాలు బలంగా ఉండేవని అంటాడు, దానికి సాక్ష్యం గా vanity fair magazine లో పడిన ఒక article ని quote చేస్తాడు ...vanity fair అనేది ఒక fashion magazine..international politics లో ఒక fashion magazine లో పడిన article ఎంత వరకు reliable??

అలాగే ఒక దేశం లో గిరిజనులు hydro-electric ప్రాజెక్ట్ ని అడ్డుకోడానికి ప్రయత్నిస్తారు ...ఎందుకు అంటే ..ఆ ప్రాజెక్ట్ వాళ్ళ వచ్చే కాలుష్యం వాళ్ళ నివాసలని నాశనం చేస్తుంది అని ...ఒక జలవిద్యుత్ ప్రాజెక్ట్ నుంచి కాలుష్యం రావడం ఏంటి? turbine మీద నీళ్ళు పడితే ఆ నీల్లేమి పాడైపోవు కదా...

ఇక అమెరికా మాట వినని ఏ దేశ అధ్యక్షుడు అయినా మరణిస్తాడు అన్నట్టు మాట్లాడతాడు ...ముఖ్యంగా విమాన ప్రమాదాలలో ..విమానం లో బాంబు పెట్టించి చంపించేస్తుంది అని ...మరి స్టాలిన్ కాని చైనా లో మావో కానీ విమాన ప్రమాదాలలో చనిపోలేదు ఎందుకు?

ఇక అమెరికా ఏ దేశానికి సహాయం చేస్తునట్టు నటిస్తుందో ..ఆ దేశాన్ని పీల్చి పిప్పి చేసి కాని వదలదు ...మరి దక్షిన కొరియా one of the four asian tigers( The Four Asian Tigers or Asian Tigers are the highly developed economies of Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea and Taiwan.) ఎలా అవ్వగాలిగింది ??

ఇరాక్ విషయం లో సద్దాం దగ్గరున్న bio-weapons గురించి అస్సలు మాట్లాడకుండా ..తప్పు మొత్తం అమెరికా మీద ..UN మీద తోసేయ్యడానికి బాగా ప్రయత్నించాడు..

బిన్ లాడెన్ కి సౌది ద్వారా అమెరికానే డబ్బు సరఫరా చేసి USSR మీద కి ఉసిగోల్పిందని రచయిత చెబుతాడు ...నిజానికి ఆల్ ఖైదా ఇరాన్ లో ఉన్న అమెరిక ఏమ్బస్సి ని పెల్చేయడం తోనే పనులు మొదలు పెట్టింది ....USSR కి against గా అమెరికా అఫ్ఘన్లకి కి బహిరంగంగానే ఆయుధాలు సరఫరా చేసింది ...అది USSR కూలిపోక ముందు సంగతి !!


USSR కూలిపోడానికి కూడా అమెరికానే కారణం అంటాడు రచయిత ...నిజానికి 1991 లో ussr లో ఒక poll conduct చేసారు ..దాన్లో 80% USSR జనాభా participate చేసింది ...ఈ 80% లో 76% తమకు ussr వద్దని...వ్యక్తిగత హక్కులకు ప్రాధాన్యం ఇచ్చే వేరు వేరు దేశాలు కావాలని వోటు వేసారు ...వీళ్ళందరికీ అమెరికా ప్రభుత్వం డబ్బులు ఇచ్చి USSR కూలిపోయెలా చేసిందా?

ఈ విషయాలు చదివి ఈ పుస్తకం లో హాస్యం లేదు అనుకోకండి ... అది కూడా పండించాడు ...ఈక్విడార్ లో అమెరిక సైనికులు అక్కడి ఆడవాళ్ళని చేరిచేసి, అడ్డదిడ్డంగా మరుగుదొడ్లు కట్టేసి ...తర్వాత జిలిటెన్ స్టిక్స్ తో చేపలు పట్టుకున్నరుట ...జిలిటెన్ స్టిక్స్ తో చేపలు పట్టడం ఏంటో...చేతికి అందక కొబ్బరి కాయలు కోయడానికి missiles వాడారేమో !!

ఇక మన hitman లో అమెరికా లో 11/9 న WTO భవంతులు కూలిపోయిన రెండు నెలలకి అక్కడికి "ఉత్సాహంగా" నడుచుకుంటూ వెళ్ళడంట ...ఉత్సాహం గా వెళ్లడం ఏంటో...అసలు రచయిత కూడా అదే పదం వాడాడా? లేక తెలుగు అనువాదం లో అల జరిగిపోయిందో ..తెలియదు ..

కానీ పుస్తకం చివరలో ఒక మంచి విషయం చెప్పాడు ...shopping చేయాలి అనిపించినప్పుడల్లా ధ్యానం చెయ్యమని.

మొత్తానికి ఆ పుస్తకం పూర్తి చేసాను ...globalization జరిగే నష్టాలలో ఎప్పుడు అమెరికా మాత్రమే ఎందుకు ఉంటుందో అర్థం కాదు ... రష్యా - చెచన్య , రష్యా-చేకస్లోవేకియా , చైనా-ఉత్తర కొరియా , చైనా - ఉత్తర వియత్నాం , చైనా-టిబెట్ ప్రసక్తి ఎందుకు రాదు?

ఈ సారి ప్రజాశక్తి బుక్ హౌస్ కి వెళ్తే ...USSR ఎందుకు విచ్చిన్నం అయింది ...china లో tiananmen square ఉదంతం మీద కాని,solidarity మీద కాని,చైనా ఎందుకు FDI విధానాన్ని అనుసరిస్తోంది, మావో మరణించిన వెంటనే ఆ దేశపు ఆర్థిక వ్యవస్థ లో మార్పులు ఎందుకు వచ్చాయి,బెర్లిన్ గోడ ఎందుకు కట్టవలసి వచ్చింది? ఒక కమ్మ్యునిస్ట్ దేశం లో వ్యక్తీ గత హక్కులు ఎందుకు ఉండవు అనే అంశం మీద, మీడియా కి స్వతంత్రం ఎందుకు ఉండదు అన్న విషయం మీద పుస్తకాలూ ఎమన్నా ఉన్నాయేమో చూడండి ...దొరకడం కష్టం !! anti-Americanism అనండి ...ఒక కట్ట పుస్తకాలు ఇస్తాడు ..

అమెరికా ని తిట్టిన వాడిని నేను విమర్శించాను కాబట్టి నేను అమెరికా కి supporter ని అనుకోకండి, అలా అని అమెరికా చెడ్డది కాబట్టి చైనా మంచిది అంటే నేను ఒప్పుకోలేను ...

నా support ఎప్పుడు వ్యక్తీగత హక్కులకే ....ఈ పుస్తకాన్ని ఒక అమెరికన్ రాసాడు ...అది అమెరికా లోనే ప్రింట్ కూడా అయింది...ఆ రచయిత అమెరికా ని తిడుతూ ఇంకా చాలా పుస్తకాలు రాసాడు...అక్కడ వ్యక్తిగత హక్కులు ఉన్నాయి ...అదే ఒక చైనా వాడు కమ్మ్యునిస్ట్ ప్రభుత్వాన్ని వ్యతిరేకిస్తూ ఒక పుస్తకం రాయడానికి అవకాశం ఉందా?

వీలుంటే google లో tankman అని కొట్టి చూడండి ....మనకి వచ్చే search results చైనా లో ఉండి search చేస్తే రావు ...చైనా-గూగుల్ గొడవకి ఇది కూడా ఒక కారణం!!!

Many victims of bhopal tragedy are yet to receive compensation...nobody cared about that. Instead of blaming judicial system for late delivery of verdict ..or blaming rajiv gandhi or someone else as they helped the Anderson to got out the country..i guess ppl should care about compensation. మానవ బాంబు అనే కాన్సెప్ట్ ని ప్రారభించిన  ప్రభాకర్ మరణిస్తే ...మీడియా ఒక గొప్ప వ్యక్తి మరణించినట్టు గోల చేసింది ...

కువైట్ ని పూర్తిగా ఆక్రమించిన సద్దాం హుస్సేన్ , తన దగ్గర ఉన్న జీవరసాయిన ఆయుధాలని వాడతాను అని బెదిరించాడు కాని , నాటో చేతిలో ఓడిపోయినపుడు , ఉరి తియ్యబడ్డ తర్వాత బోలెడు సానుభూతిని సంపాదించాడు ....ఎందుకు?

నక్సల్స్ చేతిలో ఇద్దరు పోలీసులు చనిపోతే ఆ న్యూస్  నాలుగవ పేజి లో వస్తుంది ....కానీ ఒక నక్షల్ చనిపోతే అది మెయిన్ పేపర్ లో వస్తుంది ....తర్వాత రోజు మానవహక్కుల సంఘాలు గోల చేస్తాయి .... హైదరాబాద్ నగరం లో ఉమేష్ చంద్ర ని నక్సల్స్ చంపినపుడు ఈ మనవ హక్కుల సంఘాలు ఎక్కడ ఉన్నాయి ?

ప్రస్తుతం  యువత కి గాంధీ కన్నా గాడ్సే ఎందుకు గొప్పవాడు అయ్యాడు??

ఆర్యులు తప్ప ఇంకోళ్ళు జీవించడానికి అధికారం లేదని భావించే హిట్లర్ కి హీరో స్టేటస్ ఎందుకు వచ్చింది ??

పదవి నిలుపుకోడం కోసం ఎమెర్జెన్సీ ని రెండు సంవత్సరాల పాటు భారత దేశం అంటా విధించిన ఇందిరా గాంధీ విగ్రహాలు  ఎక్కడ పడితే అక్కడ ఎందుకు ఉన్నాయి ??

అంబేద్కర్ కి 1990 లో భారత రత్న రాగా, భారత దేశానికి విదేశాంగ మంత్రిగా చేసినందుకా ఇందిరా గాంధీకి 1971 లోనే భారత రత్న వచ్చింది ??

రాజీవ్ గాంధీ , సర్దార్ వల్లభాయి పటేల్ ....ఇద్దరు భారత దేశానికి సమానంగా సేవ చేశారనా ఇద్దరికీ ఒకటే సారి భారత రత్న ఇచ్చారు ?

మన దేశం లో ...మహాత్మా గాంధీకి ఇంకా భారత రత్న కూడా ఇవ్వలేదు....అలాంటిది ఆయనికి నోబెల్ శాంతి బహుమానం ఎందుకు ఇవ్వలేదని గోల చేశాం ?

I dont exactly know when this facility was started but supreme court of India offers online services for citizens and advocates. Now we can apply petitions and writs online...and court fee could be paid through credit card. I personally think its great...if u want to sue railways u can do that online...haha

I heard most people saying that facebook is better than orkut. And people of US and Europe use facebook rather than orkut. And everybody knows that Brazilians and Indians love using orkut. For last 4 yrs i have been using orkut so i wanted to give a chance to facebook too.

I could say orkut is community oriented and facebook is time pass oriented. I joined in orkut, i joined in communities of my interest and made a lot of friends in there. Now some of them are my good friends.

And facebook is all about what others are doing!!! If somebody says hi to me in fb, my friends and his friends will know from their fb main page that he said hi to me. If we are chatting on something, they will know about...they are welcome to join the discussion, but most ppl prefer to watch it.

And if frnd of my frnd updates some album and my frnd comments on it. i will get notifications about it. And ppl updates their albums funny way. I got a notification that my frnd commented on her frnds album, when i checked the album, it was about her newly built house, the interior decoration was really good, and the funny part is , i get to see her bathroom, the bathtub in that, beside a commode!!!! Even if its a newly built house, even though the bathroom looks great, why should i get to see her bath tub?? is it not something personal ?? and commode?? I will be glad if she does not update pics of tissue papers becoz they are new model...or video on how to flush the new commode and how water swirls in that...hehe.

Of late there is lot of discussion on privacy settings on fb on internet. But still , many ppl could not understand them, and lifehacher.com trying their best to demystify it.

But fb is richer in apps, quizes and games when compared to orkut. And we will get notifications about them if our frnds use them, notifications like, who is the todays lover of ur frnds, or todays best frnd, about their horoscope, today's celebrity crush etc etc and ppl discuss about it later. And one should see the quizzes, all questions are like ...whats ur fav color, ur book, song, pastime, with those they could tell us which harry potter character we are, what will be my spouse name, when i wil get married, are u a team player or not , etc etc

And the game called farmville is very very famous....i am not into games so i never tried it.

And ppl paste some quotation as status msg, and rest of frnds comments on it.

No communities, no threaded discussions in FB, its all about quizzes, games and status msgs. Good thing about fb is the chat option, we dont have to add them in our gtalk to chat with them. Its easy, that way.

Even in orkut we get notifications, but only about our frnds.

Bottom line is where orkut gave me new frnds with same interests , fb gives stuff to gossip and timepass.

The bomb !!!

Yesterday in a kingfisher flight security ppl found something. It caused a lot of controversy . News channels say its a crude bomb. In an interview some official said its bomb with no detonation device..so its not going to blow. All most all news channels aired about it through out the day. I thought it would hit the headlines in todays newspaper ,but its just a tabloid , they mentioned it as a firecracker!!! Its a firecracker wrapped in a malayalam news paper and tied with a long string. Well...we all know firecrackers and crude bombs might blow along with light, but are they same?? How would you feel when u watched a full day program that includes interviews of various persons and lot of speculation about a blast of an atom bomb in hyderabad without visually showing it and the next day you read on papers that its a 'laxmi atom bomb' at a baaraat in hyderabad??

When the 2010 budget was released, that day all the news channels concentrated on fuel hike. Its all about fuel hike and nothing but fuel hike. Next day newspapers talked more about reduced income tax and very less about fuel hike.

On the day of holi...one must see star news. They will show you all the sizzling girls with great body, tight clothes and who are drenched to the core after playing holi. One must observe on what the news-cameraman concentrated his focus. Its more erotic than a bollywood item song.

Last year there was this big news on one news channel that Nepal is occupying portion of Indian land. And they did not talk about it from the next day!! After few days all most all news channels cried about the chinese aggression on indian land based some crap written in chinese on rocks which are inside india.

After few days, few telugu news channels aired that the Reliance group of industries wanted the death of Late CM sri YSR , to get hold on gas reserves of KG-basin. And this was based on some website from Germany!!!

Few years back shahid and karina filed a case on a magazine which printed few photos which were taken when they were kissing. And telugu news channel TV9 aired the whole kissing video the complete day. Along with it, the channel also aired the snippets of a video of an actress when she is taking a bath.When the tv9 -- a telugu news channel was launched, they used to show the previews of every porn CD police caught. The police confiscate those stuff so that young minds wont be affected. What about the affects on ppl when they are aired on a news channel daily. I have seen a program on TV9. Its about the guyz who stalk girls and captures them in their mobile phones. And the program was very educational on how to stalk a girl and capture her pics !!!And few news channels air item songs at the midnight. They are exclusive programs with an anchor who gives all teh gossip about celebrities.

But there is one news channel which is above all the news channels in india. Its the unique one. The shows mainly about reality shows happening in other entertainment channels. Who came to reality show, who was tossed out of the show, who slapped who!!! At morning 8am the program will be on latest bollywood gossips. And that channel is "headlines today".

wierd responces for what i do !!!!

For the last year i have been preparing for civil service examinations. The preparation is in fact very frustrating , longest and depressing. But the fun part is when you tell people that you are preparing for it. Whenever i tell ppl about it...i get two kinds of responses.

All most all the uncles and aunties would tell me how hard it is and how i should read. They suggest me to read 18hrs per day. I wonder if it is humanly possible.

And the youngsters of my age usually gives me a strange look and would wish me best of luck. If they are close to me, they request me to some things. Few girls asked me to hire them as my personal assistants after i become an IAS officer. My friends usually ask me to sanction govt contracts to them when i become IAS.. My close friend and his gf offered to me raise my children with them, as most of the kids of IAS officers are spoiled . One guy who is riding with me on my bike, requested me to built fly-overs in hyderabad to smooth the traffic after i become IAS.. Teenagers from other colony asked me to become IPS instead of IAS, so that i would save them when police caught them while doing nasty things.

Will i become a civil servant or not...i am not sure but its funny how people react. And the preparation is really worth something in life !!!

After a quarter :(

Oflate, not actually oflate...few months back i turned 25. At first its just another birthday. Its only after few days i realized that how it is to be 25.

I joined in jr. college when i was about 15. Thats it....now i am 25. The last 10yrs of my life could not give me anything called understanding the society. . The only memories are about writing records, preparing for exams, doing labs, installing windows again and again in my computer, dreaming high and feeling low, trying to comprehend the world where i am sanjeev not son-of-my-parents, going to office, waiting for weekends...and stuff like that. Ofcourse i bought my Motoming, caterpillars (my shoes), knight rider (my bike...i named it after a tv show i used to watch when i was a kid), lot of friends, books and lot of ...really lot of confusion about the world. Those 10yrs were like a flash of light, like riding at 80kmph where you could enjoy only the speed not the nature around you.

As i am studying political science and anthropology...they have twisted my mind and now i got a new weird wish. I dont want to grow old...i don't want to die without my consent.Just like Dorian gray of Oscar wild or bheeshma of mahabharata ( to say the truth i prefer dorian gray than bheeshma..he grew old..i dont want to!!) For few days i was like....why i had to turn 25?? after that...'i turned 25 really fast'...and later ' i am already 25...i missed so much and there is a lot to see'.

It was the same feeling when i watched the film 'Yuva'. First half was fine...second half too interesting and suddenly the end came. I expected more in the end. I could not believe that's the climax. I dont want to get-out of theater...i wanted an immediate sequel ...without buying another tickets without moving my body from the seat. I refused to accept the climax. I kind of expected the same thing from my 25th birthday. Nothing i dreamed happened.

This whole truth is more disgusting when you read GK. Right now i am feeling...oooh i dont know this but i am 25. Same thought thumps in ur mind when you find a new word while reading a book..and you have no idea about it.

A lot of theories, philosophies , movies , books, paintings, issues, .....which i dont know but i am 25. And the thought is more humiliating when i stare at few books which i bought when i was around 20 or 22.

Within just few months after i realized about being 25...i am going to be 26. The stupid dimension called time doesnot stop...it is not giving me sufficient time to understand things...its been dragging me...like told in the movie kate and leopold "We can feel it, we can feel it passing, but we can't see it. It's just like a blur. It's like we're riding in a supersonic train and the world is just blowing by, but imagine if we could stop that train,get out, look around, and see time for what it really is? A universe, a world, a thing as unimaginable as colour to a dog, and as real, as tangible as that chair you're sitting in. Now if we could see it like that, really look at it, then maybe we could see the flaws as well as the form. And that's it; it's that simple."

Maybe this was the reason...people dream of everlasting-life-and-youth..a time machine where you can go back and correct few things. Still people fascinate them. I am sure many pair of eyes glowed just like mine when our lecturer told "We age because the cells stop reproducing after few number of times defined by the DNA, may be we wont grow old if we can tamper ticking clock in the DNA".

Of course we are wise to accept the truth...but dream of it. I wonder why people blackens their silver hair? Why there is so much market for the things which makes us look younger.

Still i am in process of conquering my laziness, still i didnt learn spanish and tamil ( for last 5yrs i was trying to learn them), still i dont have kawasaki ninja, still i dont know much about share market, still there are few great books i never heard of, still a lot of places i ever visited,worst is still i am in hyderabad.....uffff really i would like to be Dorian gray. Let the nature age my picture not me!!! Or else my situation will be like this...



I think i really need think about it...or else i will be just another man who called by people at first "chinna" after that "anna" and later "uncle".

I think it was Shakespeare who said something like all the world is a stage and we are the characters in it. I am not sure up to how much extent he was right!! And somebody said the world is a play ground. I agree to that. And do u know what the game we play in it. The most famous blame game!!

I know u must be smiling now. But its truth. I guess we start playing this game when we were in school. Each you get less marks in a subject and when our parents questioned about them we say "That teacher does not like me...she always mean to me" and when we grow and goto college and when we get less marks we throw the blame on the examiner by saying either the examiner corrected our answers sheets after having a fight with his spouse or with empty stomach.

After studies we will be entering a beautiful era called unemployment. If we observe the old movies there the hero says the interviewers was a scoundrel and already sold the job to someone so just for sake taking the interview he took it. We will never know what exactly happened. Now a days we throw the blame on our horoscopes, our stars and planets.

When we got a job and not performing well we complain on our boss who is not at all cooperating. If our peers got promoted, if he is a guy we would say "he is such a boot licker" or "he stole the credit for my work and got promoted". If its a girl " That pervert team leader likes her or else i would have got promoted" or " that bitch is going out with the manager, thats how she got it". To cover up our laziness to cast a vote we would say "does it matter if i give my vote or not, by this time somebody would have used mine, its waste of time to go and stand in the queue" and to cover up our guiltiness when we think the govt took a wrong decision and we didnt utilized our right we will say " i dont know why these illiterate 420's get elected to rule us, really politics are going dirty yaar".

Children blame parents for their financial stage and their education. Communists blame liberalism for every bad thing around us. We blame the govt for bumpy roads, hiding the fact that we didnt pay our taxes.

Dementors

Did those statements sound familier to you....usually they are used by dementors 'regularly' on their target. Many use these statements once or twise when they are in depression. But the case with dementors is different.

Do you know what dementors are? If not let me 'enlighten' you. they are the magical creatures who can 'suck' happiness and hope out of you. Cool huh? Not exactly.They can glide and used as prison gaurds. After all a prisoner will try to escape from the prison hoping that he wont get caugt and could live happily thereafter. When these creatures suck the hope and happiness from them the prisoners dont have any motive to escape. Though they appear first time in Harry potter series, later I observed that the author of the series might have created them keeping a certain kind of people in mind. They are the real dementors around us. They could neither glide nor appear in the black robes like the magical creatures do. But they could suck the happiness from you.

These are the persons who are never seem to be happy, never stop complaining about others and things. They have desires, at least they say so, but they wont try to fulfill them. They expect someone to do it for them. If someone did it they are happy. But their expression of happiness is diffrent from ours. When we are happy, we smile, we laugh in some cases we even jump. When they are not complaining about something you could make a guess that they are happy with it. Or there is another possibility ,may be thry are thinking hard on what to complain next!!

They give an impression that 'The whole world conspires to hurt them'.

No, no, dont think that i have included the ppl for those life is really hard...i was talking about the ppl who cry over little things like ...when the other person did not take the call or there is house-full board when they went to a movie. More importantly when the other person did not obey them.

If u have a rigid soul you might feel boredom if u are sensitive you will feel their depression...the worst happens when u start enjoying that depression and talking about it. In this way another dementor takes birth.

Interesting point to observe here is, u will come to know that a particular person is dementor, only after they choose u as target. They usually choose person who they love or whom they could influence. The struggle starts if your loved one is a dementor, you try to make them happy, ..and they deny to be happy. Sometimes its fun to observe how they could turn a positive situation into negetive and then start crying. They dont follow the one of hte simple rules of happy life " change what u cant accept and accept what you cant change'..they wont accept anything and they wont try to change them. Just like a happy person an unhappy person will always find a reason to be unhappy.

They chide about everything, ur shirt, room, ur behavior. Somehow they give an impression that they want you to be the best, so they start advising you....about everything. When you are tired of taking advises and explain them why cant you do something as advised ....they will get a reason to cry again...you dont follow their advice and u dont respect them. When you try to advise them they take it as criticism......you criticize them becoz you dont respect them..waaaaaaa

As far as i observed these people are hypocrites, confident (for aquitence) and supportive, The more you try to know them the more they seem to be getting into depression.

And dont think that they are not happy. They are happy by talking about unhappy things. My guess is , there are intellignet beings..their minds works faster..and when dont have the proper mind-work daily...so their mind become evil.

Romancing with greif

Many said many things about grief. But just like love,friendship and fear its a feeling. You dont know it unless it creeps into your soul. It will make you bow. Each time you try to erase the memories which causes it, it will get strengthened. Try to ignore it, you still remember it. Then slowly you will see the cause of it around you, in day to day life. Suddenly you will develop a feeling that the whole world decided to remind the cause of it. You will get a doubt that, is the world mocking at me, i thought nobody knows about, how come the world knew it?

Finally I realized at the back of my mind that I cant keep on running from the memories. I had to surrender. I started to allow the grief to get sunk in my soul. The more in drowned in my heart the more I see the cause of it. And the reminder of the cause makes me restless. I become silent. Somehow I started enjoying it. I find the urge to talk about it with someone, but I had to get the control.

Its easy to beat a logic with emotion. But its damn hard to beat emotion with logic. We knew that the audience wont kill us if we made a mistake but still we get scared of being on stage. Its always hard to control an emotion. Blood pressure will rise when you are in emotion, especially a very powerful emotion, something like grief or a shock or fear. We feel the pressure at the heart. Its as if the blood is getting accumulated there. The chest area becomes heavy and we find it hard to breath. The funniest part is, this blood pressure made us to think that we feel with the heart and think with the mind. When we are sad, a deep sorrow, our body follows some mechanism which made the BP to go high, its just that. We feel and think in the mind. Heart does not contain any feelings except blood.

There are two affects of grief. One: you become silent, unresponsive for a period of time. You feel like something gripped your body so hard taht it become numb. Numbness is not a pleasure to enjoy all the time. Its a discomfort which makes the body senceless for sometime. The initial period is like that. You dont feel anything from outside, numbness makes the physical part to disfunction for sometime, grief has the same affect on your soul. You cant enjoy simple things in life, you get angry for simple reasons and the worst thing is you cant control your anger. Whenever you got hold of the emotion you become another person, you ignore the suggestions and warnings from your logical mind. You feel what you feel and what you do is the right thing to do at that time. When the emotion fades away and when the emotional and logical parts got the equilibrium you shall have the proper judgment.In this whole period grief is at the surface, its the garbage which blocks the way of rays of hope and happiness from the outside world to the bottom of your soul. The outside world would see the dirty surface and start judging you. Well, you cant blame, we usually believe what we see.

After this initial stage, slowly logical part will try to take hold of you, but still the emotional one is powerful. At this stage, we cant suppress our anger completely but we can choose on whom we can dump it. As a social person, I cant shout at people who are my acquitance and not-so-close friends. So we direct all the anger on the loved ones, thinking and feeling that they will understand our emotions and they can bare it.

For first few times it's okey for them. After that they will start thinking that, why the hell he is only angry at me? Does he love me any more? Why am i the scapegoat always, I love him, it doesnot mean them he can shout at me...I think we lost the connection between us. And the others will start revolting against you, and you will be confused and you will start getting the same doubt. I love them and I thought they loved me, cant they bare when i am mess?? Are they really the people I loved and believed? Does love means be with the person if and only if they are not-sad??. We cant blame them because we never did explain them what exactly happened.

Their revolt will add more grief. After being with it for a long time, I got boredom. I realized that I had to move on. I indulged myself into new hobbies, just keep my mind busy. I started enjoying the rock music with full sound. I keep the volume so high, hoping that the invisible sound waves from the speakers or from the earphones will clean my mind and soul. I started to pull my self, I started calling friends who I ignored in the initial stage. I dont want to be alone, I got an urge to speak to a good listener. Who listens me and keep me talking without giving me some advise or correcting me in the middle. I realized how much irritating when someone inturrepts when you are talking emotionally.

I did not find any. My relationships with the lost ones were not healed yet. Again I started thinking from others point of view and started hating myself for directing my anger on them. But i started living again.To keep the emotion part alive, I always need food for my mind . I would call this process, Moving!!! The dirty part from the surface is still going down, contaminating the whole emotional thing.

Now I become a sensible and logical human being again. But this time I am strong regarding handling emotions and more logical. My past relations are healing up. The dirty part settled at the bottom. Covering considerable area of bottom from outside light. The onlookers cant see it, only who dive in the lake may observe it. But I put up danger signs at the shore.

But anything which reminds me the cause of the grief, I will go back to stage one for some time. I tried to sink it further, so that it will be part of my life i.e everyday life and I need not respond to it emotionally.

As they say, everything happens for good, I learned a new lesson which i think and feel good. The lesson is you cant be logical to the people you love. You are emotional. You cant hide emotions from them. You cant deal with them just like you did with the collegue or acquittance. If you could do it....then the people around you are always happy.

Admire me!!!

For a long time I have been observing one thing in people that lot of them crave for either admiration or pity. I think that gives them the happiness of being important or great.

As we admire people who are greater than us, there are two ways to get admiration. Prove or at least say that you are better than others in certain areas. You could talk about the extra work u have done in the office (Eventhough its for ur own incentives wrap the fact with things "just doing a favor for my frnd" or "i am doing it becoz it helps the company to grow") or about ur past achievements like "I bowled Laxman many times while practicing, he says i am best the bowler compared to srinath (You probably met him once in LB Stadium while taking an autograph)" or "Mahesh babu used to copy my maths homework". We come across many ppl like that, in buses, in trains, mainly while traveling. Because when I am not going see ur face for second time, i could say whatever i want to say. This is type-1 of getting admiration from others, where you boast yourself about ur virtues, values u have, the achievements you have made (Does not matter, true or false) If you does not have anything to boast about yourself , praise your caste, religion, your skin color, the region you belong to ....etc etc

The type-2 method is a cruel one. In this method, you will degrade the otherperson so that you are relatively better than him, so you deserve admiration. This is theory of relativity. "You belong to lower caste, i belong to upper one so respect me, admire me because god has chosen me to give birth as uppercast fellow not you" or "oooh, dude, look at him he is black as coal, in the darkness you can only see his eyes n teeth" or "i am a man, as a lady you are weaker than me, so obey me, even Bharateeya samskruti sampradayalu supports me", "i belong to that religion which is better than yours".

If you have more area of land in your control then you are better than others. Might be this is the reason for half of the wars happened in the history. Alexander thought if he could conquer the world he would be the greatest of all in the world, deserving un-ending admiration Every religion claims that there is only one god, and that god or his son belongs their religion so other religions are without any god, so practicing them is waste of time. Jews thought christian philosophy is not right, after few centuries christians starting think that jews are burden to the world. Christrians (Extremists) claim that only their religion gives peace so get baptised, muslims (Extremists) think that rest of all religions are aginst god, so erase them, hindus(Extreamits) always think in vedas details about every techonlogy is written , thiers is the oldest civilization, as the stupid proverb goes, old is gold, thirs is best religion so every non-hindu must leave this country, dead or alive, or they should obey hindus n respect them.

Europeans thought having white skin is a great thing. They behaved with others as if having a black-skin is a sin. And we all know how colored people still struggling with that dogma.

I am working in an MNC so i am better than you as you are working for a domestic company. I am better than you, because i work in software , u work in non-software. I am better than you, because i am getting paid more than you.

Even the local political parties do the same thing, instead of talking about their own good qualities, they spend most of the time how rest of the parties are bad.

Cant we put an end to this? Cant to we treat the other person, in the same way we treat ourselves. Cant we eradicate the feeling of i-am-better-than-you. Cant we enjoy the equality even after school or college , where we enjoyed with our friends, freaking out and laughing with them irrespective of the academics or his/her family background? Lets give a thought about it.......

Greatest virtue in the world---laziness!!

Often people see laziness as vice, but i guess its a virtue. And its the driving force which makes the world move forward. We are too lazy to move our hands to communicate so we learned how to speak. And some people went too far, they dont want to move their jaws to communicate, they will just give expressions and expect us to understand. We are too lazy to understand that expressions from their point of view and we will just assume whatever come to our mind, leading to misunderstandings.

We are lazy togo n kill a person with small arms, we developed guns. Students r too lazy to work hard so they copy in the exams.

We are lazy to goto bank and do the transaction, so they invented online banking. And mobile banking come to our rescue when we are lazy to sit before a computer to do the bank work!!

We often use "k" insted of "ok" while smsing or chatting, dont u think its funny? If we dont have laziness why would anyone invent a tv remote? And even slavery is result of our laziness.

Especialy we indians are too lazy to do anything. We are too lazy to raise our voice against injustice. We lazy to cast our vote. Lazy to take precuations untill something bad happens. Lazy to know what happening to the country. So usually we depend upon the cab-gossips, bus-chats to improve our knowledges.

But we are the best in claiming that we are not lazy. We invented nothing expect zero, but we claim every scintific invention from radio waves to nuclear bomb, stolen from our vedas by foregners. We talk about politics though we never use power of vote. Lazy enough to go n pay our taxes, but we complain about bumping roads to power cuts. We are lazy to goto theater to watch a film, so we use piracy CD's. We talk about indian traditions n customs but lazy to learn sanskrit and lazy to conduct the marriage for 5 days.

Men are lzier than women. Its not the attribute we men develope while growing, its hardwired in our mind even before taking birth.Its considered that boyz prefer to sleep in the womb not like girls who move n kick their mothers from inside.

If u dont have laziness that indicates, u r not happy.You work on something if it is not acceptable to you or there is something u think not going in the right way. You want to change that n create a mess. Women always do that. They clean the room everyday and still doesnt where they kept the mobile or remote or handbag. We men developed memory power to balance our virtue.

The indian philosophy comes to handy in this regard, that its not real. We are living in maya, just like matrix. Then what is point of working hard when its not real.

Lets take a test to check how lazy u are, answer the following questions and find that out

1. I will never use T9 while texting and i wont use so called sms language.

2. I goto theater stand in the queue and take tickets, never use online booking or telephone booking

3. I goto Railway station n fillup the reservation form , never reserved through online.

4. My room is alway is clean, tidy and sophisticated.

5. After drinking tea or anything at home i will put the glass in the sink.

6. I work out daily.

7.I dont use speed dial in my mobile.

8. I never forgot taking Id card to office.

Now tell me how much lazy u r?

Home alone!!

I am alone at home for past 10days, enjoying the home without any restrictions. The day my mom and dad went out of station it was in their style now its in my style. Sanjeev's style....complete mess. The floor become sticky due to dust. Ofcourse my foot dont touch the floor because news papers are scattered everywhere. If some guests come to home they cant identify which one is hall , which one is bedroom and kitchen. Unclean dishes are everywhere in the house. Some acheived to transform the my house that is 'home sweet home' to bachelors room.

I am lazy to wash dishes and even lazy to throw them in backyard to let maid clean it. So since last week i have been using rice bowl for tea and same glass to have it. No need to mention about the process called "washing cloths"(Doing it now).

But in these 10 days i have leant some new skills...i would say life saving skills...like preparing maggi. Even i experimented on potato fry (added some sugar to it along with chilli and salt....not so good but eatable.

Well, today i have learnt a new thing about human psychology or my psychology. That is whenever we feel great about something that depends upon many constraints which we even dont know. If u ever enjoyed a cappuccino at coffee day or somewhere when u felt like 'wow' its not the coffee alone made u feel like that even the ambiance , the music they are playing, glass in which it is served, the politeness of the waiter, the ac and even the chair.

Today i made cappuccino at home. Its instant coffee make from bru. A cold one. I would appreciate it when i had it at some restaurant served in a tall glass with a lemon and straw.

The process is simple, cut the packet, empty it in an glass and pour chilled water,stir it and wait for the creamy forth to rise. Its as per the instructions. I cut the sachet, emptied it in a steel water mug (all the glasses are yet to be clean) then i added water and stirred it with a knife ( status of spoons and glasses are same), waited 5 min for the creamy thing. Nothing formed except the foam which is formed when i stirred it. I thought its ok and started sipping it. It was sour. I read the instructions again, i was right in making it. Dont know where i went wrong. Then i waited some more time hoping the creamy thing pop up. No, nothing happened. By that time it lost is coldness and when i sipped it, it tasted like the ordinary morning filter coffee which lost its heat by evening. ( I am good at forgetting things!!). I tried to complete it with my will power but my will power is very low then i gave up. Now coconut tree in the backyard drinking it. I wonder how it is feeling while having it. I hoping to get cappuccino coconuts from now on.

Day after tomorrow is the big day. My parents will come to hyderabad. I am trying to make the house 'home sweet home' again. I dont now why ppl lke neat and tidy houses., wish to kill that fellow who first said "cleanliness is next to godliness". My mom wont understand when i say "i am an agnostic, so i need not work for cleanliness".

About diaries....

Do you have the habit of writing? I dont; but i have tried many times though unsuccessfully. People say its a good thing to maintain a diary, so that they sneak into your thoughts and personal life!!!

But writing a diary is useful thing i suppose, if you become a great person in future it will be handy to the writer who is writing ur biography, and to you if u start an autobiography. Anyway its useful..

Yesterday i started reading "Ralu rappalu" by Tapi dharmarao. Its his autobiography. And according to him its hard to write ones autobiography without a diary. You have to dig up ur past. I agree with that.

Today i started readying "The diary of nobody". Its a fiction inform of an autobiography. But i like the writing style. Its a list of events according to date on which they are performed. Its just like a diary everyone writes. Including the trivial things which makes it fun to read.

When i was primary school i had this habit. I used to forgot about it for few days they i used to fill those with "Roju laage jarigindi....means like any other day". I could somebody find something worth to write about everyday.

Of late one of my net-friend told me to write a new event you have learnt that day. I thought its a good idea to start off. But am i learning something new everyday. That day i learned that i am not learning anything new so there is nothing to write about...may be an excuse to skip the tedious job of maintaining a diary.

ppl say only hardworking men will get the glory and will become great. So according to that argument lazy ppl dont become great, so nobody going to write a biography of him and nobody going to read his autobiography. So what is the point of maintaining a diary.

Please dont say that writing a diary is not for biography or autobiography its for self-reading. Its an old argument. The new personality development courses says that forget the past look into the future. When u want to look into the future why u wish to read your past. Reading ur past is not a good thing. It will remind the dumb things u have performed and the bad things others done to you. It will create a negetive feeling in your heart. When u remember the odd and dumb things u have done, its likely that you become intravert and inferiority complex patient. Thats bad. If u remember the bad things others have done to you, ur heart will be filled with venom called revenge. Even this is bad. And when some new happiness is waiting for you why would u ponder ur self in the already enjoyed happiness. Again bad.

So, i conclude that writing diary is a bad thing if u dont become a great person.

Art of teasing people........some of my methods

For a long time I did not update my blog, so thought I should write something....then I shattered my brain for ideas, didn't get any. Then I thought I should write one of my interesting topics "The art of teasing ppl" when I say teasing, I mean pulling legs not harassing or humiliating or hurting them. And these are some of the methods I applied on people and found them successful.

1. It is easy to tease who believe in god. Just make them feel that they are atheist. Blame them that they are not performing the rituals for the sake of god, its just show off. This will really irritate them. And try to use heavy words like "Bharateeaya samskruti sampradayalu" . No option left to them except being helpless even to retort.

2. Next category of people you can easily irritate is boozers. Say them at your face the you are a boozer, call them 'ore...tagubothoda'. Each time they met you, remind them that they are boozers. Whenever they say something, just say "Nenu taagubotolla maatalu nammanu raa". Make him a drunkard in front of others. Really teasing a boozer is real fun.

3. Pronounce their name many times, if possible their full name, before and after every sentence you speak. This will work with everyone, even with your mother ( I used to do that when I am a child). Say "Amma, aakalestondi amma, amma annama pettava amma, amma kitchen lo pedatava leka hall lo pedatava amma, amma em koora vandavamma, amma perugu leda amma" like that. Communication books says taht for every person their name is the sweetest one, so give them the same sweet in tons, after some time I am sure they feel like "Oh god, I will give you anything if he stops pronouncing my name, I cant hear my name these many times". Make sure that you pronounce their name with same modulation.

4. Repeat their catchy words. Some people have the habit of talking in low voice without seeing at your face. They are speaking to you. Even you listen what they spoke, if they are talking to you facing other side, ask them "Are you talking to your self or you are talking to me". Repeat the same whenever they are not facing towards you and talking.

5. Talk to them too affectionately. Make your words, modulation and body language so affectionate that they should run away from you. I tested it on my sister. Its a success. This method when mixed with repetitive name method will produce wonderful results. For example "Tinnava raji, tinava raji, enduku raji, ontlo baleda raji, doctore daggaraki veldama raji, nu tinakapothe naaku elano untundi raji, koncham anna tinu raji" like that. My sister is a very good victim.

6. Throwing sarcastic dialogs is something common in close friends. When you are chitchatting with your friends and someone bowls a sarcastic ball on another, tell the second person explicitly that the first one is insulting him. This will create an embarrassment in both the fellows. The second fellow will make a face and will say " I can understand this" and first will start defending himself and will say "No i am not being sarcastic" and finally both of them end up bickering.

7. Showing others their own mistakes will really piss them off. Even though they are so called open minded and ppl-who-can-accept-their-own-mistakes. Showing them their mistakes or analyzing their actions will really hurt their ego.

8. Speak in their own accent. With same modulation and similar words. At first they wont recognize it, but later they will understand. For that u need to observe their usage of words very carefully.

9.This one is a old one, i used it on my competitor in studies when i am in school. fortunately or unfortunately he become the class leader and as one of the duties of leader he was doing the job of writing the names of students who are disturbing the calmness of the class in absence of teacher. I used to sit in the last bench. I started giving him a big smile with lips closed without moving my gaze from him. I am not making any noise nor i am disturbing others from studying. I am not doing anything that can be called wrong. Just smiling with the constant gaze at him. He got irate, irritated he deliberately wish to write my name on the board and get me the punishments, but on what grounds? At last he asked me, why are smiling at me. I said nothing. He cant even complain to teacher. I really enjoyed teasing him, hitting him. Try this one, it will make others boil.

10. This one is on my friend in b.tech who is flirting with one of the young lecturer. I started writing poetry on them and i used to read the poetry while walking from bus stop to college everyday. After 7 to 8 such poems he stopped flirting with her in the class and one day came to my home to request me not to write such poetry anymore.

11. There are many methods like, lecturing ppl on the etiquette, morality , language and posing as a gnyan guru, giving them missed calls when they are deliberately waiting for the call from their date, giving a same smile each time there is an eye contact. When some one watching their fav actor/actress movie ask too many questions, like, is he the villain, what is he doing, why is he doing like that, why she is crying etc etc. If someone likes the old melodies sing the remix version of it including beats (make the beat music with mouth, du du dish , like that, this will irate them more). asking too many questions like what , why , how and where (Enduku , emiti and elaaa?) and be poetic while speaking or writing and make them get confused about what u are saying. Say that the other person is too good and u are very glad to have such a person as friend, say it in different ways, at different places and times, this will make them blush, or proud. If they felt proud about that they will say that to the common friend and then he will will say " antaledu....sanju ki vetakaram ekkuva..." that will spoil their mood. My friend is the victim for this. One more method is praising them a lot.

One of the cruel form of teasing is, giving others a book or movie after telling the suspense part. I was the victim of it. This will really irritates you, self experience guys.

You know one thing, after reading this post some of my victims want to kill me. To tease them i will make sure that they will read it. If u have any new ideas, share them guys, lets make this world a friendly place to live.

What an idea sir ji!!!!

Have u seen the ad film my idea mobiles staring abhishek bachan....where he is the leader of the village and passes a rule that no one should have normal names and must have only numbers as names just like the computers have IP address. At first when I saw the ad, I thought it is really great idea..if every persion tells his number insted of name we cant identify in which relegion he belogs, so no barriers.

After that I thought, the new system of names will re-written rules of identifications and will form new casts and relegions. Might be we have airtel relegion, vodafone relegion, idea relegion, reliance and bsnl relegion. And religions we have upper casts and lower casts again. The one who will have golden, fancy numbers will be considered as great in the socity. We will have odd people (Whose mobile number ends with odd number) and even ppl. As the numbers are our names, numerology comes into picture. Ppl dont appreciate when one subscriber of the company marries or date with other company subscriber. The company wich has more subscriber will be the powerful relegion. The foreign companies will have to face the indian compnaies. Ppl will ask u "why u choosed that foreign company when u have our own indian companies?". So some "sangh parivar" will be formed to force all the indians to use indian companies and spreads the hatred about others. And the foreign comapnies will have their own strategies to win more subscribers. It's war again, it's the dirty cast feelings again. We will have all that crap in the new system also.

When we are bound to show our superiority over other, no matter what naming system we adopt it does not make any diffrence.

Why cant we????

why cant we enjoy the city? Why do ppl say they love villages, crops, surrise at beach, group of birds flying in the sky, flowing water and a long walk on the beach. Why many ppl say they enjoy these things?? Are we mentally hardwired only to enjoy things from nature? Or it is heriditry we got from our elders? Or we thinking individually according to the time or our thoughts are influenced? I know many ppl who started stamp collection as hobby because it is mentioned as best in the text books and it's a hobby of many great leaders. Are we enjoying nature in the same way?? Do we enjoy nature things because nature is the thing used by many poets & writers?? Why everybody belives that old classics, old movies are best compared to present? Is it because their parents and grand parents praised the old things? Are we getting influenced from our childhood by our parents or our socienty we live in??

Why cant we enjoy our own surroundings? Cant we enjoy the head lights of the speed cars on the high way? The light from them looks as if something desperately trying to penetrate throgh the dark, leaving the same darkness behind it! Cant we enjoy the heavy traffic which looks like a large army attacking on something and trying very hard to bypass the red traffic light monster which they cant defete. Insted of enjoying the sunrise at bay cant we enjoy the sun rise over the large buildings where the sun rises like a color changing, round shaped helium baloon?? Why cant we enjoy the glittering city at night which says "hey sun, we are not dependent on you, either u are awake or not we are going to lead our life 24X7". Cant we enjoy the clicking sounds of keyboard while typing, if u observe ther is a beautiful music in it. Drop a city guy in a village , I am sure after some days he will miss the large hordings on the road side.

Everybody says that carnatic music is soothig, how many atleast try to listen it? Many complain that there no good literature in telugu and that's the reason they read english, just ask them how many they read in telugu? Many prise ayurvedic is so great and it can cure anything, will they use it? You can observe many guys clad with comfortable geans and t-shirts say that they like gals in treditional things like half- saree? What if gals start saying they like guys in dhoti?
Why does most of the politicians love have white cloths on them? Why t-shirt is not considered as a formal? why a guy who goes to temple regularly is considered as a good boy? Why many girls are discouraged to have westren clothes on them when they go to temple or while attending some puja?Why should I try a software job to get appoval of the society as a worthy guy? Why many say "The hindu" is the best news paper while "Deccan chronicle" has more sales than any other? Why many praise old things? Why classics are praised by everybody and no one reads them? Why british english considered as rich compared to american?

Are we not a bunch of hypocrites? Why the hyprocracy developes in us? Why should I praise something in which I have no beleif? Is it impress someone? or to show the world that I know more than u? or to say " I remember my roots, I follow treditiones, so iam beter than u?"
Why cant we folllow what we say?

Do you like dogs? oooh yes, i mean pet dogs...psychologists says having pet dog or cat at home will reduce ur tensions!!
And I request you to go against all people who kill dogs!! Can't you forgive the poor dogs which go mad becoz of the lack of food, too much heat outside and too much population sometimes. Dont u behave crazy, when u get frustrated? Are you not kind to forgive a person who shouted at you becoz of his/her frustration? Then why cant u show some to the poor stray dogs? We should love them in fact..... whenever a stray dog attacked give it a cake ( munnabhai philosophy) when it bit ur one leg, just show another leg to it. If it killed one baby....what's the problem? we have so many kids in India...dogs are helping to reduce our population..... whenever a dog attacked you....don't think that u r suffering.....be a good hearted human.... think like u just helped a poor creature of god (i.e dog) , to unload it's angry on u. And when u get rabbis...don't think it's ur fate...in fact u r helping a doctor and a medical factory. When a man can kill a man, a man can kill a dog, why cant a dog can kill man. we are all equal in gods creation.
why u make so much fuss, when a dog kills one or two ppl, even they are ur loved ones. Whats wrong with you?

In this matter I support Menaka Gandhi and Amala Akkineni, eventhouh they never walked on a street where stray dogs stay (do u think they dont have guts to do that, no u r wrong), they are fighting for them. Do you think it's for fame? (u r wrong again!) It's all about showing love and kindness on other creatures....In my view, it's wrong to kill any gods creature, let it be a man, a cat, even a mosquito. What makes u think that, u can kill other beings? why dont u think a dog bite u, as u bite him in the previous janma? y dont u think like, it's becoz of ur shani at a wrong house at dat time?
why dont u fallow our tradition of respecting a dog as lion of village ( grama simham). Even we have bhairava temple at kasi.

so all i want to say is......... give it hug when it barked at u ( jadu ki chupki.... munna bhai -1 ) that should reduce it's iritation, show it another leg when it bite u ( gandhi giri), if someone killed ..... think that's what brahma wrote on the forehead ( even brahma loves dogs....see any picture of him...he will be surrounded by 4 or 5 dogs..... which look just like our indian stray dogs) you can do nothing about it. It's not in ur hands ( karma siddantam). And join in some NGO which protects dogs, an organization which loves and thinks about dogs and other creature when compared to human.

At least pass dis message to all ur buddy list "Support Menaka gandhi, Plz Dont kill stray dogs, they are representatives of lord bhairava, send this message to all ur buddy list within 10 seconds or u will get bite by a dog withing 10 days"

how to get the things done!!!!

At last........i written my final sem exams.........now waiting for results.....
4 yrs of un-understandable, long and boaring journey.........the journey really hurt me......really...........but that's what life i belive........it puts exams before the theory part.......

smilings, laughts, teasings, iritation,hopelesness, angry, cry, happy and confusion..........i can describe my coll life with thease words........the four long years of journey
taught me something........something i lack before the journey started.........n the something is "how ppl behave"....
people say many things........don't belive them......they say........when ur good at mind n heart ur looks does not matter........it's a lie
ur looks matters everywhere.........it's ur handwriting n number of pages u blakend gets u the marks n gud %.........not the subject u know.......not wat u write there
it's ur bodylanguage, ur voice modulation , ur eyecontact level.........that matters......not the words u shoot at others.....n not what u think abt others.....learn to act.....act
like u respect the other party most.......or he is best buddy.....just act like that....never live like that
people say gossiping is wrong.........no one bothers u , if u don't gossip.........i can ensure that......pakka......so create gossips....or atleast help da gossip to spread..

to go 4 a date with her...........just become a *good boy* b4 gals...........n use vulger language to refer them b4 ur friends......that makes u a coll guy.....
